K9 Security Dog Handler Service Dartford, Bromley, & South East London

Serjeant Security Ltd may be able to support customers with security dog handling requirements through suitable specialist providers, where this is appropriate for the site and the service required.

Security dog and handler teams can provide an effective visible deterrent at higher risk or vulnerable locations, particularly where there is a need to support guarding, patrols or protection of premises. Any dog handling support would be considered on a case by case basis, taking into account the customer’s requirements, site risks, legal obligations and the suitability of the provider.

Our main service focus remains professional Security Guarding. Where additional specialist support is required, we aim to ensure that any arrangements are suitable, proportionate and properly managed.

A little history of K9 dog units and their use in modern policing

Security dog handling can be useful in certain circumstances, particularly for larger premises, vulnerable sites, vacant properties, construction locations or sites where a visible deterrent is required.

Serjeant Security Ltd does not treat dog handling as its main service. Our core focus is Security Guarding, but where a customer has a genuine requirement for dog handling support, we may be able to assist by discussing the requirement and considering suitable specialist support where appropriate.

Any dog handling arrangement would be reviewed on a case by case basis, taking into account the site, risks, customer requirements and the suitability of the proposed service.
